Brad Weaver

Introduction
I was born in a very small town in Western Pennsylvania, the heart
of Oil Country. My parents raised me to have a very strong work
ethic, even as a child, and I carried that with me through my
years as a United States Marine.

In my years as a mechanic for AV-8B Harriers, I learned that integrity
was the most important thing to carry throughout life, and I still
believe that today. After the Marines I attended Slippery Rock University
of PA, where I studied business and management. My internship was
spent at Kiawah Island and after graduation I made Charleston my
home. I have been in love with this city since I moved here in 1999.
I
feel in a professional relationship trust is the most important
factor. When you hire someone to do a job, you should have expectations
and open communication, not just be left by the wayside after
you hire them. I try to build a relationship with each of my clients
because buying or selling a home is a big deal, and many need
reassurances on what is going on and why. Buying or selling a
home is a team effort, and I want to be on your team.
